About the author – Dr. Claudia Nagel

 

Dr. Claudia Nagel is an internationally renowned expert in Behavioral Strategy, Leadership and Change Management.

After completing her vocational bank training, Claudia studied economics, finance and international management at the University of Cologne and the HEC (École des Hautes Études Commerciales) obtaining a Master in Business Administration. She received her doctorate in the field of organizational psychology and is a chartered psychoanalyst with a postgraduate degree from the International School of Analytical Psychology (ISAP) in Zurich.

After a position as the director of the IWS at the University of Rostock, Claudia gained international experience working in management consulting (Gemini Consulting) and leadership experience with investment banks (Goldman Sachs, Crédit Suisse). She has lived and worked for years in New York, London and Paris. She also holds voluntary offices.

Over the past eight years, Claudia has worked extensively on the development of the theory and practice of the emerging field of Behavioral Strategy. She has lectured and discussed the subject in Europe (e.g. Hull University, UK) and Asia (e.g. Beijing Nomal University) and has also written the first book on this new approach. She has also published several articles in the field of Behavioral Strategy in renowned journals and books.

Claudia is Visiting Professor for Behavioral Strategy at Hull University Business School, UK and Research Fellow at Zeppelin University, where she is also teaching Leadership and Digital Transformation in the Master Program for Executives and in Executive Education.
